Formed in 2002, RED Brokerage, LLC was created by Dan Lowe and Mike Helmuth, two
veteran real estate professionals in Kansas City. Their idea was to create a brokerage

a group of dedicated, experienced and highly skilled professionals that were responsive

LLC. RED Development, formed in 1995, develops, leases, manages and owns properties
in rapidly growing communities throughout the Midwest and Southwest. While
the company's primary focus is on the development of open-air regional shopping
centers, better known as lifestyle centers, RED has experience with neighborhood
grocery-anchored centers, regional power centers, mall redevelopment, destination
developments and mixed-use projects. Most recently, Cityscape, a 27 story
600,000 square foot office tower, was completed in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Projects RED Development are best known for in Kansas City include: The Legends,
Summit Woods, Summit Fair, One Nineteen and Adams Dairy Landing.
