Rosana Square is creating an entertainment complex at 119th Street and Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, Kan. The complex will be called One Block South. There will be several changes with existing tenants and the new area of the shopping center will focus on nightlife, offering restaurants, games, live music and dancing. Kansas. The 34,925-square-foot store will be located in Lenexa
at the Orchard Corners shopping center and is expected to open in fall
2011. Orchard Corners is a vibrant shopping center conveniently
located off Interstate 35 and across the street from Oak Park Mall where
a Nordstrom full-line store is located. Nordstrom Rack will anchor the north end of
